The current CTP system is ineffective, outdated and cruel for people undergoing a traumatic event. The Road Trauma Support Group NSW propose the following 9 ways to improve the CTP program in NSW. This was presented to SIRA (State Insurance Regulatory Body) in September 2021 as part of their ongoing review.
